Built to Serve
Firehouse Ministries Flames of Fire was not born in a boardroom. It was born in a burden — a deep conviction that the church exists to serve the community around it, not just the people inside it.
How We Started
Firehouse Ministries Flames of Fire began with a small group of believers who felt called to do more than hold Sunday services. They saw real needs in their community — hunger, loneliness, struggling families, kids without direction — and they decided the church should be the answer.
We chose the name Firehouse because a firehouse does not wait for people to come to it. When there is a need, it goes. The Flames of Fire represent the Holy Spirit moving through our community — alive, active, and unstoppable. That is the spirit we carry into everything we do.
What We Believe
Everyone Belongs
No background, no past, no circumstance disqualifies anyone from being welcomed here. We mean it when we say a church for everyone.
Faith in Action
We believe the most powerful sermon is a life of service. We put our faith to work in practical, tangible ways every single week.
Community First
The neighborhood around us is not a mission field to be conquered — it is our family to be loved. We serve without agenda.
Humble Hearts
We do not have all the answers. We show up, we listen, we learn, and we keep serving. Humility is not weakness — it is the foundation of everything we do.
